What you will do
- Perform commissioning, planned maintenance, and reactive after-hours service calls efficiently within time, expense, and profitability constraints.
- Complete and submit service reports, expense claims, time sheets, and field service reports signed by customers.
- Maintain vehicle stock, personal presentation, and professional conduct while building customer relationships and reporting issues promptly.
- Identify and report sales and service opportunities to management and sales team.
- Comply with WHS, environment, and quality obligations; promote workplace safety.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Australia; no sponsorship provided (note: posting mentions US authorization, but role is Sydney-based).
- Electrical/Electronics Trade Certificate and relevant state-based Electrical Licence.
- Proven track record as a service technician in power industry (data centers, telecom, commercial/industrial).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; commercial acumen, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
