What you will do

• Perform field service, inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on BESS and related HV/LV/MV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site using diagnostic and testing tools.
• Conduct and oversee high-voltage switching operations in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage HV switching records, maintenance logs, and permit approvals.
• Provide technical support during commissioning, including testing, validation, and optimization of BESS installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in energy, engineering, or battery storage fields.
• Current A-Class Electrician License with high-voltage (HV) experience.
• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector and maintenance practices for renewable systems.
• Proficiency in HV switching and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
