What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Design and maintain self-service dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Write optimized SQL to extract and analyze large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data modeling, ETL pipelines, and metric implementation.
• Define and govern business KPIs to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to identify performance drivers and operational opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and metric design.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or fintech industries.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Python (Pandas) skills for analysis and automation.
