What you will do

• Communicate daily/weekly objectives and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities to team members
• Train employees on manufacturing processes and safe equipment use
• Submit performance reports to Manufacturing Manager and identify efficiency issues with improvement suggestions
• Enforce safety guidelines, company standards, and strive to meet production goals
• Recommend procedural changes for continuous performance improvement
• Collaborate with team leads, supervisors, and managers to ensure timely, safe production

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR compliance, background check, E-Verify)
• Experience as Production Lead/Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in electromechanical or electronics factories/production environments and using manufacturing equipment/tools
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (value stream, flow, pull, waste elimination)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar); organizational, leadership, communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED; ability to stand extended periods, lift 50 lbs, work in industrial environment with PPE
