Data Management and Automation Intern (Power BI/SQL)

Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Candidates must already be legally authorized to complete an internship in Switzerland throughout the assignment; visa sponsorship, a new work permit, or immigration approval will not be provided.

A global agricultural science company supporting R&D through data management, technology, and collaboration with internal teams and external research vendors.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve internal data management solutions and system interfaces.
• Support data quality processes for R&D biology data.
• Assist Technical Managers with database queries and data pipeline activities.
• Analyze and visualize data using internal software applications.
• Build and maintain Power Platform tools, including Power BI and PowerApps.
• Collaborate with Global Data Management, regional R&D, Global R&D IT, and Contract Research Organizations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, and statistical software.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and integrating different systems or software.
• Legal authorization to complete an internship in Switzerland at the start date and throughout its duration.
• Ability to support data management, analysis, and visualization activities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ARM.
• Background or knowledge in Agricultural Science, Biology, or related Life Sciences.
