What you will do

• Own the technical direction, development, and operational quality of blockchain data infrastructure features from concept to production.
• Design and optimize backend distributed systems using Go or Rust, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Improve large-scale data workflows, including indexing, caching, validation, and observability.
• Translate user and platform requirements into technical specifications and measurable delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to prioritize improvements and ensure strong user outcomes.
• Build internal tooling, dashboards, and operational runbooks to enhance system visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend systems, distributed infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Production-level expertise with Go, Rust, or similar systems programming languages.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including concurrency, storage, caching, and failure handling.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure, RPC APIs, or high-volume data pipelines.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows or agentic engineering tools.
