What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns for various EU markets.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting, social-native content.
• Design and execute testing frameworks for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Manage channel health, including tracking, account hygiene, and data accuracy.
• Take full accountability for KPIs and optimize budget allocation to capture growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of profitably scaling Meta Ads budgets.
• Deep understanding of creative-led performance and data-driven optimization.
• Technical proficiency in attribution, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling.
• Strong analytical skills for slicing data and identifying root causes.
• English: B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Geo-testing and conversion lift frameworks.
• Experience working across multiple EU markets.
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
