What you will do

• Drive customer engagement and execute brand strategies across AT/CH markets, localizing global campaigns for relevance and compliance.
• Coordinate congresses, webinars, and events including logistics, budgeting, and content approval.
• Contribute to launch readiness and execution for new products in Specialty Care, collaborating with Sales, Medical, and other functions.
• Monitor performance insights to optimize engagement and share best practices with cluster and global teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Country Lead, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Finance for aligned execution.

Requirements

• Solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial role
• Experience in Specialty Care; anti-infectives advantage
• Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian healthcare systems; strong adaptability
• Proven cross-functional management in matrix environment
• Omnichannel and digital marketing skills
• Strong compliance, regulations, communication, and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Veeva or Sharman
