What you will do

  • Maintain the global retail marketing playbook, including product specifications and guidelines.
  • Develop retail marketing assets and master templates in multiple languages.
  • Coordinate global brand partnerships and support local market activation.
  • Plan and execute international fairs, managing booth design and visitor experience.
  • Identify and coordinate with EU and local suppliers for retail production.
  • Ensure strict brand guideline compliance across all physical touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in brand management, trade marketing, or event management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and timelines.
  • Ability to translate brand identity into physical spaces (booths, displays).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Jira is helpful.
  • Based in or able to work from the Vienna office.
