What you will do

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of UAVs and payloads to verify conformity with build documentation.
• Conduct internal audits of flight operations, maintenance practices, and documentation for AS9100 and FAA Part 107 compliance.
• Execute root cause analysis (RCCA) and support corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for flight anomalies.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including flight abort rates and equipment reliability, for management review.
• Verify calibration and certification status of all flight support equipment and instrumentation.
• Act as a technical liaison between Flight Operations, Production, and the Quality Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, flight operations, or UAV maintenance/test environments.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Knowledge of FAA Part 107 and flight safety; Remote Pilot Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems (e.g., Arena, Net-Inspect).
• Ability to travel as required and perform physical inspections in manufacturing and outdoor environments.
