What you will do

• Collaborate with customer R&D teams to understand and facilitate the qualification process for hirify.global components.
• Coordinate program status and customer requirements between clients and the U.S.-based development team.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that obstruct product qualification.
• Manage program schedules to ensure product qualifications are achieved according to plan.
• Oversee third-party laboratory testing, including writing work scopes and reviewing technical reports.
• Provide detailed improvement plans to development teams to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of technical experience specifically with PV modules.
• Knowledge of IEC compliance and experience testing PV modules and solar equipment.
• Experience managing international programs and willingness to travel globally.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and design mitigations for field issues.
• Professional English language proficiency.
