What you will do

• Lead data collection, integration, and analysis across classified/unclassified systems for consistency, accuracy, and DoD compliance.
• Utilize Power BI and SharePoint for actionable insights supporting mission decisions and readiness.
• Design, implement, and maintain Knowledge Management Solutions with real-time reporting and strategic alignment.
• Develop data visualization and processes to optimize information flow and organizational awareness.
• Deliver technical training on data analytics tools, provide materials, and mentor stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in data management, analytics, and knowledge management in DoD/government environment preferred.
• Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent preferred.
• Active secret clearance required; must pass drug screen and background check.
