What you will do
- Define formulation strategies for savoury dry, wet, and emulsified systems across various categories.
- Establish structured sensory frameworks and lead product benchmarking and reverse engineering.
- Lead technical engagement and co-creation sessions with QSR, Foodservice, and B2B customers.
- Manage and mentor a team of Solution Specialists on product design and scale-up processes.
- Oversee the translation of formulations from lab to pilot and plant scale, ensuring manufacturability.
- Develop application knowledge databases and translate industry trends into the innovation pipeline.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in savoury and culinary product development.
- Expertise in culinary premixes, sauces, marinades, and seasonings.
- Proven experience across QSR, Foodservice, and B2B applications.
- Proven leadership of technical teams.
- Willingness to travel (20–25%).
