DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and maintaining infrastructure for a high-load platform serving 1M+ users across 4 clusters with an accent on IaC, cloud cost optimization, and incident response. Focus on creating Kubernetes services, automating workflows, and responding to alarms in a collaborative developer-centric environment.

Location: On-site in Copenhagen, Denmark (at least 4 days per week in the office)

Salary: DKK 40,000–60,000 per month

What you will do

• Build and maintain infrastructure in AWS and SysEleven using Terraform and IaC.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, optimize cloud costs.
• Manage and create services in Kubernetes, work daily in Git.
• Automate repetitive tasks, monitor with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Collaborate on high-traffic systems handling 15k requests/second.

Requirements

• Work 4+ days/week in the office in Central Copenhagen
• Deep technical understanding and clear communication in English (company language).
• Ownership mindset, navigate uncertainty, "get shit done" attitude.
• Infrastructure as code first, customer-focused even in DevOps.
• Hyped about AI and its impact on workflows.
• Collaborative, make teammates shine.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Docker, ArgoCD.
• Background in ops or development.
