Student DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

Student DevOps Engineer (SRE): Supporting the site reliability engineering team by automating infrastructure processes and improving observability for a high-scale EV charging platform with an accent on cloud infrastructure and GitOps workflows. Focus on building and maintaining production-grade systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark

Salary: 160–190 DKK/hour

What you will do

• Learn and manage infrastructure stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
• Automate manual processes and reduce toil for engineering teams.
• Improve system reliability and performance using monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Support fast and safe deployments using GitOps tooling and GitHub Actions.
• Propose and drive independent projects that create measurable value for the SRE team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT with at least one year remaining.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills.
• Hands-on experience with Git, scripting, and command-line interfaces.
• Curiosity and a builder mindset with a willingness to learn AI-powered tools like Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or CI/CD pipelines.
