What you will do

• Develop comprehensive data centre consolidation strategies including business cases, wave plans, migration runbooks, and cutover playbooks with rollback options.
• Orchestrate migration sequencing, risk management, and real-time dashboards for visibility and execution.
• Align with architecture teams for future-proof designs and sourcing for optimal data centre providers.
• Serve as escalation point for technical blockers and drive stakeholder alignment across technical and business groups.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers on leveraging technology for digital transformation and business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading data centre migrations or consolidations at scale (thousands of workloads)
• Deep expertise in migration methodologies (6 Rs), tooling, and cutover management
• Prior experience with federated group environments (M&A, shared services)
• Strong stakeholder management for technical and business audiences
• Excellent spoken and written German and English
