Salary: €3.954 – €5.200 gross/month

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – stand-ups, planning, retros – that add value and leave people energized
• Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team
• Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams across sprints
• Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead
• Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluent English required; German is a bonus
• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ideally in hardware or engineering-heavy environment
• Calm under pressure, direct without being aggressive
• Coach rather than control
• Genuinely curious about the product, not just the process
• CSM, PSM or equivalent certification is a plus
