We are looking for a Project Manager
About Us
Swisstronik is a Swiss-regulated, identity-based hybrid Layer-1 blockchain enabling compliant Web3 financial services. We are building Swisstronik Money - a wallet and payment platform integrating fiat on- and off-ramps, wrapped tokens, VISA card spending, and institutional-grade custody, all in compliance with Swiss AML regulations.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of Swisstronik Money's core infrastructure and the RWA tokenization suite. You will coordinate a distributed team of smart contract engineers, backend developers, and frontend developers, and manage integration timelines with external partners, including Fireblocks, Gnosis Pay, Sumsub, Banks, etc.
This is not a passive tracking role. You will need to understand the technical architecture deeply enough to identify gaps, resolve misalignments among team members, and ensure the implementation matches the design. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery.
▪️What You Will Do
▫️Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap for Swisstronik Money and the RWA tokenization suite, covering smart contracts, backend services, frontend applications, and third-party integrations
▫️Coordinate between smart contract engineers, backend/frontend developers, and external partners (Fireblocks, Gnosis Pay, Sumsub, banks)
▫️Run architecture alignment sessions - ensure all developers share the same understanding of the system before writing code
▫️Track smart contract development, testing, and audit timelines
▫️Manage integration milestones with Fireblocks (custody, MPC signing, Travel Rule), Gnosis Pay (per-user Safes, card settlement), Sumsub + Crystal (KYC/AML), and Bank (IBAN/fiat rails)
▫️Identify blockers early, escalate decisions, and keep the team unblocked
▫️Maintain clear documentation of architecture decisions, open questions, and status updates
▫️Report progress to leadership with honest assessments of risk and timeline
▪️What We Need
▫️Fluent English, both written and spoken - this is essential as all technical documentation, architecture discussions, and partner communications are conducted in English
▫️3+ years of project management experience in blockchain, fintech, or crypto infrastructure projects
▫️Strong understanding of smart contract development lifecycles, including testing, deployment, and auditing
▫️Familiarity with DeFi/CeFi concepts: wrapped tokens, bridges, custody, multisig, MPC wallets
▫️Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams across different time zones
▫️Ability to read architecture diagrams and technical specs and identify gaps or contradictions
▫️Comfortable with compliance-related workflows: KYC, AML, Travel Rule
▫️Excellent written communication - most coordination happens asynchronously via chat
▪️Nice to Have
▫️Experience with Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe, or Sumsub integrations
▫️Understanding of ISO 20022 payment standards
▫️Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Cosmos SDK
▫️Experience managing smart contract audit processes with firms like OpenZeppelin, Trail of Bits, or Certora
▪️Working Setup
▫️Remote, async-first
▫️Team is distributed across multiple time zones
▫️Primary communication via Telegram
