What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex, series-produced drone systems.
• Drive the drone product development process from engineering pilot to full industrialization.
• Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements for end-to-end success.
• Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers and manage project risks.
• Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery and alignment with production goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within a technology or manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, series projects and experience in mass production environments.
• Proven track record of coordinating technical teams to achieve production milestones.
