Creator Manager - Italy (m/f/d): Own and scale creator marketing program in Italy and expansion to new European markets with an accent on performance-driven campaigns, partnerships, and local market dynamics. Focus on managing end-to-end creator collaborations, executing activations, and optimizing workflows using AI and automation for GMV impact.

Location: Based in Munich office, flexible hybrid setup with 3 office days per week. Work-from-anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Own and scale the Italian creator program
• Support rollout of creator initiatives in additional European markets
• Manage day-to-day creator collaborations from testing to long-term partnerships
• Plan and execute performance-focused campaigns and activations
• Handle operations including contracts, communication, and invoicing
• Monitor performance, share insights, and optimise using AI and automation

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; other European languages a bonus
• 3+ years in Influencer, Creator, Affiliate, or Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Creator programs
• Strong understanding of social media performance drivers
• Confidence with data to derive actionable insights
• Solid organisational skills and proactive mindset
