What you will do

• Create, update, and validate material master records in SAP S/4HANA to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, product development, and finance teams across Europe.
• Develop and enforce master data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules.
• Perform audits and reporting to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Design and support workflows for data creation and change requests using low-code/no-code tools.
• Participate in system implementations and various project tasks.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably a Master’s in Business or IT.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4 Master Data Structure and Objects.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• English: Fluency in both verbal and written communication.
• Location: Ability to work from the office in Gersthofen under a hybrid model.
