What you will do
- Coordinate account activities with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, sales performance, and product transitions.
- Support development of regional and global customer strategies.
- Lead projects for large bids, proposals, pricing simulations, and contract negotiations.
- Handle account planning, presentations, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Degree plus relevant experience in sales coordination, project management, or sales activities.
- Experience in tech enterprise market, account management, unified communications, collaboration tools, contact centre technologies.
- Advanced Excel for large datasets and analysis; proficiency in MS365, PowerPoint, CRM systems.
- Skills in relationship management, negotiation, contract handling, analysis, problem-solving.
- Fluent English (oral and written); proficiency in other languages welcomed.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT.
