TL;DR

Area Sales Manager (Product Solutions): Developing and driving sales activities across international markets for intralogistics and automation solutions with an accent on building customer relationships and managing long complex sales cycles. Focus on presenting technical niche products, translating solutions into commercial value, participating in negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams.

Location: Arden, DK (travel 30–40 days per year for customer visits, trade fairs, and meetings)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Present and position technical niche products to stakeholders, identifying needs and demonstrating commercial value.
  • Participate in negotiations, contracts, partnership, and framework agreements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and leadership teams for customer experience.

Requirements

  • International B2B sales experience, preferably in technical industries.
  • Experience with long sales processes and complex decision-making structures.
  • Understanding of contracts, partnership agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Knowledge of or interest in intralogistics, automation, or related fields.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Technically curious, customer-focused, structured, persistent, flexible with hours for global interactions.
