What you will do

• Research and identify Irish and EU funding opportunities such as Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland, Horizon Europe, and DTIF.
• Lead the end-to-end grant application process, from opportunity identification through submission and reporting.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Finance teams to build compelling funding proposals for R&D and UX innovation.
• Ensure all grant-funded projects meet compliance requirements and manage reporting deadlines.
• Maintain professional relationships with funding agencies and represent the company during reviews.
• Track grant budgets and coordinate with the Finance department on claims and discrepancies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in grant management, funding coordination, or R&D incentives within a tech or design environment.
• Proven track record of successful applications with Irish agencies or EU programs.
• Deep understanding of Ireland's R&D funding landscape, including R&D Tax Credits.
• Exceptional written communication skills for translating technical concepts into fundable narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cork, Ireland.
