What you will do

  • Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and establish learning habits.
  • Build intelligent trigger-based sequences for reactivation, early warning interventions, and critical-moment nudges.
  • Drive student engagement and activity utilizing email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
  • Reduce refund rates through the implementation of timely and relevant communication.
  • Develop a scalable referral system to acquire new students via existing ones, from trigger to conversion.
  • Segment the user database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different segments and funnels.
  • Strategic thinking and high operational discipline.
  • Must be based in Georgia.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience working with Customer.io.
