What you will do
- Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and establish learning habits.
- Build intelligent trigger-based sequences for reactivation, early warning interventions, and critical-moment nudges.
- Drive student engagement and activity utilizing email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
- Reduce refund rates through the implementation of timely and relevant communication.
- Develop a scalable referral system to acquire new students via existing ones, from trigger to conversion.
- Segment the user database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Fluent level of English.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different segments and funnels.
- Strategic thinking and high operational discipline.
- Must be based in Georgia.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience working with Customer.io.
