TL;DR

Head of Growth (Performance Marketing): Developing and optimizing acquisition strategies for a US-based moving and storage company with an accent on unit economics and data-driven reporting. Focus on scaling multi-location lead generation, improving website conversion rates, and managing agency performance.

Location: Remote (Global). Must be available from 9 am to 12 pm Pacific Time on weekdays.

What you will do

  • Build and own a central marketing dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel ROI.
  • Manage and optimize active acquisition channels including Yelp, Thumbtack, LSA, and organic SEO.
  • Oversee website CRO by running structured A/B tests on the WordPress site to improve lead conversion.
  • Own unit economics and develop a channel-level performance framework to guide budget allocation.
  • Maintain and improve the internal email marketing strategy.
  • Audit and ensure data accuracy across GA4, call tracking, and CRM infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills in GA4, attribution modelling, and unit economics.
  • Experience managing and evaluating the output of SEO agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Yelp Ads, Thumbtack, or LSA.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Availability from 9 am to 12 pm Pacific Time on weekdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience in home services, moving, or other local service businesses.
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing on WordPress.
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks from scratch.
