What you will do

• Define the North Star vision for hirify.global Engage to challenge market norms and position the product ahead of the curve.
• Lead AI-first innovation, exploring how generative AI can accelerate the transition from concept to product.
• Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to execution, building lean experiments and navigating ambiguity.
• Create a best-in-class facilitation experience that maintains ease of use across hirify.global's suite of formats.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex challenges regarding AI quality and feature discoverability.
• Set the standard for design craft by mentoring other designers and contributing to design systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, user impact, and business outcomes.
• Exceptional mastery of UI and interaction design skills.
• Demonstrated understanding and practical application of AI-native design principles.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to ship complex, user-centered products.
• Deep understanding of UX practices, information architecture, and design methodologies.
