What you will do

• Manage daily post-trade responsibilities and full trade lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop bespoke client solutions meeting SEC customer protection rules for collateral segregation.
• Support the operational functions of a rapidly growing US broker-dealer.
• Identify and build new automated operational processes in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Perform daily BAU management of operations functions and evolve procedures independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or New York.
• 2+ years of experience in US/UK securities lending operations.
• Strong expertise in settlements, cash/non-cash collateral movement, and trade lifecycle (reconciliations, KYC, corporate actions).
• Knowledge of cross-border lending, tax treatment of substitute payments, and operational models across brokers and asset managers.
• Essential experience in global fixed income and/or equity support.
• FINRA SIE and Series 99 certifications required with a clean FINRA record.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pirum.
• Series 27 certification.
