What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, including mentoring and monitoring task effectiveness.
• Design and develop high-load software systems, R&D prototypes, and detailed implementation packages.
• Improve departmental processes for design reviews, configuration management, and system qualification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to define and deliver system requirements.
• Manage the technical backlog and provide accurate effort estimations for projects.
• Handle critical incident response and provide technical support during complex releases.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
• Expertise in Java 17, Spring Frameworks (Boot 3, Security, Data), Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with Kafka, Docker, AWS, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in TDD, DDD, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
