What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategy for digital asset and payment products.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients including fintechs, exchanges, remittance providers, and corporates.
  • Build, manage, and convert pipeline of commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Educate clients on digital asset payments, liquidity, settlement, and cross-border benefits.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to shape client solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events and monitor performance against revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, digital assets, payments, crypto, or financial services.
  • Strong network in institutional finance, digital assets, payments, or related sectors.
  • Track record of closing high-value B2B or institutional deals.
  • Understanding of blockchain, crypto markets, digital asset infrastructure, and payment use cases.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, regulated environment.
