TL;DR

Staff Enterprise Security Engineer (AI Security): Designing and implementing secure reference architectures and technical guardrails for the Enterprise AI ecosystem with an accent on agentic AI identity, posture management, and data integrity. Focus on building decision infrastructure, mitigating risks from first and third-party AI agents, and establishing AI vetting frameworks.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Ireland)

What you will do

Design and implement secure reference architectures for Enterprise AI platforms to ensure data integrity and resilience.
Establish a definitive framework for AI vetting and institutionalize a strategic security mindset across the organization.
Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management.
Maintain enterprise security posture using high-quality code (Python, Go) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and strategic advice to leadership on the AI landscape.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security
2+ years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment
Expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes).
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
Proven track record of designing and deploying complex security systems at scale.

Nice to have

Experience building and reviewing automation for complex security workflows using AI-driven or traditional tools.
Ability to explain complex AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
