What you will do

• Develop tools, methodologies, and infrastructure to support Red Team engagements in cloud environments.
• Participate in security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in software, systems, and networks.
• Define scope, objectives, and timelines for assessments while creating meaningful security metrics.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to communicate findings and drive remediation.
• Contribute to building a high-impact Red Team with a wide organizational scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on offensive security.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in documenting findings for both technical and executive audiences.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities in software and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience reading and writing code in Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or C.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• Prior experience executing Red Teams in high-growth, cloud-native technology companies.
• Active contributions to the security community (open source tools, research, papers, or conference talks).
