👤 Who we're looking for:
— 5+ years in Product Design
— Experience building or scaling a design system / pattern library
— Hands-on AI prototyping experience (Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or equivalent) — 6+ months
— Experience with complex B2B SaaS, multi-tenant, or platform products
— Clear sense of when a design system belongs in Figma vs. in code
— Ability to read JSX/TSX, work in Git, open a PR (with AI assistance)
— Strong systems and product thinking

📌 What you'll be doing:
Design Foundation:
— Own the design spec for your Domain: patterns, principles, components — all living in Git
— Make sure product teams can ship standard UX autonomously
UX Observability:
— Track UX quality the way engineering tracks backend health: audits, improvement backlog, shipping fixes through AI prototyping
Team Enablement:
— Pair with teams on complex UX, teach them to solve it themselves, and feed learnings back into the spec
Cross-Domain Consistency:
— Work alongside other UX Architects to keep the platform coherent and unified
