Salary: CAD $114,100 – $182,300

What you will do

• Define and lead innovation strategy for IP routing solutions through market and technical analysis.
• Engage with global service providers to understand AI-driven trends and new service models.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and multi-year roadmaps with engineering.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate solutions and drive adoption.
• Align portfolio across product lines for cohesive development.
• Develop thought leadership content like roadmaps and whitepapers for sales engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, technical strategy, or solution architecture in networking/telecom/cloud.
• Strong expertise in IP routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, VXLAN, multicast, QoS.
• Deep understanding of service provider architectures (core, metro, edge, access, cloud, DCI).
• Experience with AI-driven networking: predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automation, traffic optimization.
• Strong communication of technical/strategic concepts to engineering and executives.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier 1/2 service providers.
• Familiarity with ML platforms, telemetry, cloud-native architectures.
