What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for SDN controller applications focused on network planning, operations, and optimization.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and trends into prioritized product requirements.
• Lead AIOps and Network Digital Twin initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Partner with R&D, hardware, sales, and support teams for differentiated software releases.
• Enable go-to-market via customer engagement, sales training, and presentations.
• Refine features using metrics, feedback, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or technical roles in networking industry.
• Deep expertise in IP/optical transport technologies and network planning.
• Proven experience leading Telco software from concept to market adoption.
• Strong background in AIOps, network design, and optimization.
• Ability to work with agile teams and influence stakeholders.

• Experience with pre-Sales and Services in global service providers.
• Using AI agents for product management tasks like analysis and prioritization.
• Familiarity with Network Digital Twin implementations.
