What you will do

• Redesign the next-generation platform from the ground up, turning existing roadmaps into cohesive user experiences.
• Rethink and streamline workflows, navigation, and user friction for efficiency.
• Design systemically beyond screens, considering end-to-end architecture and flows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering using AI-assisted tools to speed up iteration.
• Shape capabilities for new use cases like apprenticeship management and third-party integrations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in product design and user experience.
• Actively using AI-native design workflows daily with tools like Claude for ideation, iteration, and exploration.
• Experience with AI-powered collaborative tools like Claude Code or Claude Co-Work.
• Proficiency in Figma beyond static mockups and handoffs.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks like Tailwind and AI prototyping tools like Loveable.
• Ability to distill complex systems into intuitive experiences and own full design lifecycle.
