Associate Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Build, inspect, and test new build products according to ATP documentation.
• Diagnose faults on products and provide comprehensive strip reports for returned items.
• Perform repairs and final ATP testing on customer units.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to recommend solutions for recurring issues.
• Contribute to the operational training team to deliver packages across the shop floor.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in aerospace/defence or a formal engineering qualification (NVQ/C&G/ONC).
• IPC certification and a minimum of 6 months broad-based cell experience.
• Knowledge of lean continuous improvement methods.
• Valid eye test within the last 2 years.
• Must have UK work authorization and be willing to undergo BPSS security checks.
