What you will do

• Drive weekly progress toward quarterly goals for MarTech internal tools.
• Perform hands-on testing of new releases, verify behavior, and schedule necessary fixes.
• Monitor product metrics and system health to proactively flag issues.
• Analyze real user workflows using internal automation tools to identify pain points.
• Coordinate rapid resolutions when technical issues surface.
• Take ownership of specific product areas as you grow within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping tools, dashboards, workflows, or scripts.
• Strong understanding of MarTech fundamentals, including campaign workflows, tracking, and integrations.
• Data-strong profile with experience using BI tools (e.g., Lightdash) to draw conclusions.
• Technical comfort with reading logs, debugging issues, and understanding APIs.
• Ability to create structure, prioritize tasks, and write development-ready documentation without AI fluff.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin.
