People Data & Systems Analyst (HR/Power BI): Developing and optimizing people data systems and analytics to drive commercial insight with an accent on HRIS management and data visualization. Location: Onsite at HQ in Whiteley, Fareham
Salary: £43,000 - £46,000

What you will do
- Act as the super user for Sage People, managing system configuration, workflows, and data governance.
- Design and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards to translate people data into actionable commercial insights.
- Manage data flows and integrations between HR systems and other corporate platforms (Finance, Technology, Operations).
- Champion data quality and ensure strict GDPR compliance and consistent data standards.
- Develop narrative reporting linking metrics like attrition, engagement, and DE&I to operational outcomes.
- Enable self-service reporting capabilities for HR leaders and managers.
Requirements
- Experience in a People Analytics, HR Data, or Systems Reporting role.
- Strong Power BI proficiency, including data modelling, DAX, and dataflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for working with complex datasets.
- Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of HR metrics across the employee lifecycle.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Whiteley/Fareham (HQ).
Nice to have
- Experience with Sage People or similar HRIS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or other Microsoft data platforms.
- Experience with process automation and system integrations.
