What you will do

• Act as the super user for Sage People, managing system configuration, workflows, and data governance.
• Design and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards to translate people data into actionable commercial insights.
• Manage data flows and integrations between HR systems and other corporate platforms (Finance, Technology, Operations).
• Champion data quality and ensure strict GDPR compliance and consistent data standards.
• Develop narrative reporting linking metrics like attrition, engagement, and DE&I to operational outcomes.
• Enable self-service reporting capabilities for HR leaders and managers.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Analytics, HR Data, or Systems Reporting role.
• Strong Power BI proficiency, including data modelling, DAX, and dataflows.
• Advanced Excel skills for working with complex datasets.
• Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics across the employee lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Whiteley/Fareham (HQ).

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage People or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or other Microsoft data platforms.
• Experience with process automation and system integrations.
