What you will do

• Lead design and development of power electronics products including inverters, converters, and charging modules.
• Handle topology design, component selection, magnetic and thermal design for system performance and reliability.
• Plan and perform electrical, safety, and EMC tests; drive prototype validation and debugging.
• Analyze and resolve issues in electrical design, thermal management, and EMI/EMC.
• Participate in project management, technical evaluation, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with global R&D, suppliers, and manufacturing teams across product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with standards like IEC, UL, GB; stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide technical coaching to junior engineers and contribute to patents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• 5+ years experience in power electronics product development; plus for high-power supplies, PV/storage inverters, EV chargers, or automotive powertrain.
• Solid knowledge of topologies (Buck/Boost, LLC, Full-Bridge, Three-Level); skilled in magnetic design and thermal simulation.
• Proficient in power devices (IGBT, SiC, GaN).
• Strong English communication skills for working with overseas R&D teams.
