What you will do

• Analyze and make decisions on technical issues during project handling.
• Develop and monitor project schedules including comprehensive test plans.
• Guide test engineers on test performance and conduct construction checks on products.
• Analyze test results and compile detailed technical reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding test results, technical issues, and job status.
• Support sales and marketing teams with workload calculations and service promotion.

Requirements

• Undergraduate diploma or higher.
• At least 3 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Proven project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical qualification/authorization in the responsible testing area.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hefei, China.

Nice to have

• Experience in 17025 laboratory audit.
