What you will do

• Liaise with global merchandising team to localize brand VM guidelines for Korean market.
• Guide store setups, resets, and temporary animations with internal/external partners.
• Manage store development projects, including layout design and quality control of fixtures/installations.
• Support new launch projects with promotional designs, podium installations, and execution quality.
• Develop monthly merchandising guidelines, ensure product visibility, and handle POSM orders.
• Conduct regular counter visits for POS maintenance, cleanliness, and store profile accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication in English and Korean
• 8+ years project management experience, handling multiple projects across fragrance, skincare, makeup categories and channels (DEP, H&B)
• Design background in visual merchandising with advanced Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge
• Team player, proactive, self-motivated, passionate about cosmetics
