What you will do
- Lead localized go-to-market strategy and communications for the Grow (Ad Tech) business.
- Plan and manage end-to-end digital activations, including webinars and major conference components like Unite.
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns across digital channels to engage the developer comm.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to build effective email nurture streams.
- Collaborate with the Korea Marketing team to ensure a cohesive Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI.
Requirements
- Native-level Korean proficiency required.
- Fluent English communication (verbal & written) required for global collaboration.
- Strong track record of planning and executing B2B digital campaigns and activations.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms for lead lifecycle management.
- Understanding of the mobile app economy, advertising tech, or game publishing.
- Ability to set strategic direction while remaining hands-on with campaign execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in both in-house and agency environments.
- Background in the Gaming, SaaS, or Ad Tech industry.
- Experience in content marketing or creating sales enablement materials.
