Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam). Must be enrolled in an EU university for the full duration of the internship (min. 6 months).

What you will do

• Lead pitch preparation and support DCM deal execution through investor presentations and order book shading.
• Support the execution of structuring mandates for green, social, sustainable, and sustainability-linked bonds.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor ESG regulations using sources like BloombergNEF and ICMA.
• Liaise with international DCM origination teams, Syndicate, and Financial Markets Sales to maximize client cross-sell.
• Collaborate with various sustainable departments and stakeholders to enhance internal cooperation.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Finance, Economics, Law, Political Science, or Sustainability.
• Mandatory enrollment in an EU university (or Dutch university for non-EU passport holders) for the full duration.
• Demonstrable affinity with Sustainable Finance and basic knowledge of ESG topics.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of international bond markets and fixed income instruments.
• Ability to read balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
