A fast-growing software company developing C4I digital command and control information systems (SitaWare suite) to support tactical decisions in critical situations.

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of the design, implementation, and support of SitaWare and IRIS software suites for Swedish customers.
• Deploy mission-critical systems, including solution design, configuration, installation, and testing.
• Coordinate with internal product development teams in Denmark and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical training for system administrators and end-users.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and the writing of technical proposals.
• Align customer expectations with the product roadmap to maximize value.

Requirements

• Strong operational insight into the Swedish defence sector, including familiarity with military workflows and jargon.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have resided in a NATO/EU country for the last seven years.
• Relevant technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
• Ability to conceive and implement technical plans for product development.

Nice to have

• Military background in an IT-related role within the Swedish armed forces.
• Experience with tactical communications systems or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of software and system testing (e.g., ISTQB certification).
• Experience in external customer-facing IT consultancy projects.
