What you will do

• Lead and develop managers and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and results.
• Hold end-to-end system responsibility for GBAD C2 systems and subsystems.
• Drive technical product management and overall system architecture.
• Ensure high-quality Integrated Product Support (ILS) deliveries, including technical documentation and manuals.
• Evolve the Enablement domain by implementing automation, CI/CD, CM, UX, and AI.
• Align design and product definition with customer needs and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading leaders or managing multiple teams.
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and product-oriented development.
• Experience with ILS, technical documentation, or lifecycle support.
• Must be able to pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
• Ability to create clarity through visualization, models, and structured communication.
• Strategic and delivery-focused leadership approach.

Nice to have

• Experience from defense or other safety-critical industries.
• Background in systems engineering or international work.
• Experience driving enablement capabilities such as automation, CI/CD, CM, UX, or AI.
