Family Office and Wealth Planning Specialist (Vice President/Executive Director): Advising clients on holistic wealth planning and family office solutions including estate, succession, inter-generational transfer, preservation, legacy, philanthropy, governance and liquidity planning. Focus on developing and enhancing wealth planning offerings, building partnerships with bankers and external advisors, and contributing to business development through client engagement and solution structuring.

What you will do

• Provide advisory services on trust planning, family office solutions, philanthropic plans, liquidity plans and related client needs (no investment or insurance advising).
• Build partnerships with bankers and specialists to develop and service client relationships.
• Develop pipeline opportunities and present wealth planning solutions to bankers.
• Lead client meetings and discussions with bankers and professional advisors.
• Travel regularly with bankers while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Contribute to AUM, NNM, revenue and structure targets.
• Enhance wealth planning and family office offerings for focused client segments.
• Conduct trainings on wealth planning topics for bankers and stakeholders.
• Develop network of legal, tax consultants and external advisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in wealth planning, family office, trust, philanthropy and insurance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of legal, tax and regulatory environments in key markets and their impact on structuring solutions.
• Tertiary education with legal or tax/accounting degree; STEP qualified preferred or pursuing.
• Excellent structuring, written and presentation skills for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and interact with diverse stakeholders.
