What you will do

• Collaborate with design and development teams on new product development from concept to mass production.
• Establish product technical standards and quality inspection specifications.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments throughout the design and manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with laboratories to implement test plans and review results.
• Analyze quality data from customer complaints and returns to drive improvements.
• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and provide CAPA reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• At least 8 years of quality integrity engineering experience; experience in toy or children's care products is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Quality Engineering and product development processes.
• Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, CPK, and FMEA.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Strong project management skills and experience with MS Office.
