Location: Hybrid schedule out of an existing hirify.global Office (Preferred locations: Kansas City, Denver, Charlotte, Tampa, Phoenix, and Houston)

What you will do

• Lead technical and architectural communication with clients and internal stakeholders, articulating methodologies and trade-offs.
• Design and implement modern, enterprise-scale data platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
• Define target-state data architectures and lead the delivery of scalable cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Govern scalable data pipeline architectures and provide technical leadership for ETL/ELT solutions using SQL and Python.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital consulting engagements, including scope, budget, and risk management.
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of practice standards and reusable assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in data science or engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics, or digital consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for designing and guiding complex data solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Must be based in the US and able to maintain a hybrid schedule out of a company office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Design or Construction projects.
• Industry certifications such as Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, SAFe, or GISP.
