Power BI Developer (Data Analytics): Developing and optimizing BI solutions, reporting, and dashboards for government agencies with an accent on data management, platform administration, and complex visualizations. Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - two days at client site). Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain government clearance (Public Trust).

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end requirements for IT systems and provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
• Design, maintain, and migrate complex BI reports and dashboards with various levels of complexity.
• Administer the BI platform, including infrastructure implementation, security, and performance tuning.
• Create data models and manage data marts to ensure key data metrics are accurate and reliable.
• Provide technical oversight on BI best practices, data integration, and data quality.
• Communicate complicated data analytic concepts and present BI solutions to various levels of management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent/related field.
• 5+ years of technical analysis experience as a Mid-Level Power BI Developer.
• Proficiency in Power BI administration, data conversion, and data-mart consumption.
• Experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, and intelligent dashboard modeling.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust government clearance.
